In this video, we will learn about the shape of galaxies and how they changed over time. We will see how the James Webb Space Telescope, or JWST for short, helped us overcome the challenges and limitations of finding and identifying spiral galaxies at high redshifts. We will also see how the JWST images revealed new insights into the formation and evolution of spiral galaxies in the early universe. We will also discuss some of the open questions and future directions for this research, and how the JWST can help us answer and explore them.
